I asked him to put the code pad over the area where the other one was - very specific instructions. He did not and put it above and laughed about it. I now have to sand and repaint the area where the new unit would have covered it. Not happy about it.

I needed assistance because our older garage door did not stay closed. Felix called before arriving at the scheduled time and after a few minutes trouble shooting the problem, he was able to take care of it by adjusting the counterbalance springs, and checking the alignment of the safety light beam.

Once on site I explained the issue and he took about :20 to eval and then let me know what services he was suggesting.
