I have Precision come out once a year for preventative maintenance on my garage door opener. I consider this equipment one of the most important things in my home. Having the moving parts inspected & oiled is a must do every year.
Jake Baldwin did an excellent job. He checked everything & made sure all the bolts were tight & that everything was oiled.
I am confident I will get through another year with a perfectly working stress free garage door opener.
Precision is lucky to have a tech like Jake Baldwin. He was more than competent & very personable.

JP Felix came within my 2 hour window and was able to fix the right side light contact. He is friendly, explains what he does and also gave me pricing ($90) for replacing light sockets. Parts will have to be ordered should I decide to move it that direction.
