I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben from Precision Garage Doors to fix an issue with my garage door. I cannot express how impressed I am with his service and professionalism.
Our garage door had been improperly repaired with metal screws instead of wood screws, which lacked the appropriate grip and thread pattern needed for wooden doors. This compromised the door's structural integrity and left us with a non-functional and unsafe door. Ben not only repaired the door by replacing the incorrect screws with the appropriate wood screws, but he also took the time to strengthen other areas to ensure everything was in optimal condition.

Henry showed up on time and promptly replaced our door springs. I asked him to evaluate another door and although I would have replaced those springs also, he informed me he felt they were still doing fine. This really builds my trust in he and his business.
