All went very well. Nicholas had to get more info on the coupon special that I presented but all good. Friendly and knowledgeable for opener service. Please tell him the reason that I could not program my door to auto close remotely is that I needed a LM 828 accessory. My opener is MYQ compatible but does not have wifi built in. Prompt and helpful service. Carl Richardson explained what the problem was and took care of the issue. The garage door was making squeaking noises and he explained that the door could use a tune up. The springs and rollers needed attention.

I lucked out as there was an opening in your schedule so my issue could be addressed today....I received some education on the safety laser system works and I never knew about the red and green lights on the safety bar. We have had several power outages with our wind/snow storms but I didn't realize that those conditions would affect the system. Nice guy and fixed the issue quickly with a great explanation of the problem....

Nathan was excellent. He arrived on time and was very accurate about how long it would take. He showed me the operations and was very professional and informative. I do still need the Accounting Department to correct my address. I called in about a week ago and the invoice is still showing the wrong address. I am in Bothell - 98011, not Kirkland.
