You folks are great. We've been using your service for several years, and have always been satisfied. Our tech today was Robert Mathews, and he was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get our door repaired. A possible attempted break-in had left a large dent at the top edge of the metal door, and Robert fixed misaligned tracks, tensioned the spring, and realigned everything. FIRST OF ALL: IT WAS NOT A BROKEN SPRING AND THERE WAS A PRODUCT SOLD. Product Sold: Internal Logic Block replaced in the power head. Power serge "fried" the existing logic Block. Brian explained problem and made a quick and efficient repair.
