The technician showed up as installed the garage door as expected. He was friendly.
However, the door that was ordered and installed was not the door that was ordered. We had previously ordered a door as the glass was broken. When that door was being installed it was noticed that our other door was beginning to break so we ordered and IDENTICAL door to match the new door. What was sent and installed was not what was ordered. We currently have two different garage doors.
When ordering the second door, there was little communication as to where the door was at. Several calls were made to customer service and they could not tell me where the door was or even if the door was ordered. This was vastly different than our first order experience.
