Precision Garage Door Service & Repair

We had called another company first, Elite, they sent out a guy who looked at our garage door and said he didn't have any idea what our issue might be. He also arrived in a pick-up truck without any supplies? After he left we called Precision and had an appointment for the next morning. We were very lucky to get a young man named Justin as our technician. He was polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He arrived on time with a completely stocked van so that he was able to address any issue that he might find. He explained everything in detail to my husband and he answered all of my husbands's questions. He completed his work in a timely manner and left our garage just as he found it. We couldn't be happier with the service that Justin provided.
