Mike Rotermund from Precision arrived promptly in a company truck fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts. He had to replaced a cable and cut a new cable to length to match. Mike made the adjustments and during the process and was explaining the steps. Learned a lot from him on how a well adjusted door should operate. I recommend this company and will hire them again. I had a bad experience from a fly by night outfit. They sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that caused the above problem. Stay away from this type of outfit just to save few bucks.

Learned a lot from him about how a fully adjusted door should operate. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will hire them again. I have chosen Precision because I had a very bad experience with a fly-by-night outfit who they sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that isn’t capable and fully equipped.
