I called before 1:00 to request service because the chain was loose, and was given a time frame of 4 to 6 that afternoon. Turned out the technician was 5 minutes away finishing another job, so came earlier, and repair was successful. Precision Doors has serviced our garage door for many years, including installation of a new opener and even a new garage door after I tried to back through the old one. They are always prompt and provide excellent service. Highly recommended.
