When I found that my garage door would not open this morning I called Precision and they had a technician here in an hour. Karlou was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and replaced the defective parts. The parts and labor were covered by a lifetime warranty. I was very satisfied with the quick response, excellent service and especially Precision honoring their warranty. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Glad I called. Bryson was on it first thing in the morning, and fixed it right away. The problem was a corroded connection at the motor, rendering the installed switch inoperable. No warnings, it just stopped operating. Bryson taught me to check using the rem!ote. Happy ending!

Evan did a great job evaluating our old garage door opener which wasn’t opening the door due to worn parts. He summarized the cost of fixing what was there and the cost of replacing it with a new one. He had the parts to fix it if we wanted to. We plan to install new doors early next year and he assured me that if we installed a new unit, it would work with the new set of doors. We agreed to do that and he was prepared to do it as part of his visit. When he was done he went through how everything worked and asked if I had questions He answered my questions and he was going to give me his card with a phone number to call if we had more questions. I forgot to ask for the card after we completed paying and trying everything out. I would still like to get his phone number. He did a great job, listened closely to what I had to say and quickly completed the installation which he was totally prepared to do. We really appreciated his help!! Bill Milne

Justin showed up about 0915 AM, surveyed damage to garage door and explained cost of parts and labor. He completed his service to our garage door and processed our credit card payment on his I pad then loaded all tools and damaged parts in his van and left. He did a super good job fixing our garage door. We would gladly use him again when a problem with garage doorever needs attention.

I had an intermittent opening issue with the 4 year old opener. I called Precision and they had a technician out within the day. They called when they were within 1/2 hour of arrival. That is really helpful. Several options were tried over the course of several weeks. Each time it appeared to work for days only to malfunction and open on its own again. I called and again terrific service and response. Eventually on the 3rd attempt they did not find an answer and replaced the motor and all is well and working now for weeks without an issue. I was not unhappy with the number of visits as they ran through multiple options to correct the problem. When all else failed they stepped up and simply replaced it. How great is that? I have been using Precision for all my garage door needs, broken springs etc. and will continue to do so. Again, their service and response time is fabulous. Thank again Precision.

Nathan is a very knowledgeable,pleasant,communicative and efficient worker, who didn't try to sell us more than we needed to get our garage door operable again. Unable to service door. Did not have the correct weather strip on the door. The quote to replace weather strip & tuneup door seems high. There are two $95 charges and two $58.95 ... does not quite make sense. Trying to reschedule visit. Please note I spoke with the dispatcher yesterday & asked if the tech would have the weather strip. She confidentially stayers yes..

The garage door is a great addition to the value of our home. Glad we up graded the quality of our door. The installer was great and did a wonderful job. Only thing was how long it took to get the door as the manufacturer seemed to have production issues. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.
