Great !!!! Duchaun Joseph was fantastic. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Told us how to take care of moving parts and where to spray stuff on them and when. Need to have him come out again every two years for tune up. He was on time, answered our questions and concerns. He was fast and did excellent job. He was well mannered and a pleasure to meet. Would highly recommend him to any one for garage door issues. He deserves a RAISE. He will be the reason we use precision door from now on for all our garage door needs. DJ called in advance to keep us informed of his projected arrival time. Extremely pleasant to deal with and projected confidence in his ability to diagnose and solve the problem. He took the extra step in educating us about garage door maintenance, in particular the kind of lubrication to use. Based on this initial interaction, we are quite pleased with the quality of Precision Door Service and the caliber of professional employees they have to serve their customers. While we don't hope to see DJ again any time soon, if we need service in the future and knowing he is on the way allows us to relax, knowing the job will be done right the first time.

My home warranty company recommended Precision, and I am so grateful for that referral. The initial diagnosis and repair proved too limited to deal with my aging garage door system and would have compromised my home security, but the Precision technician (Mr. Joseph) never stopped working to repair and replace the parts necessary to ensure I now have a system that meets code and should last for many years. He communicated the repairs needed to my home warranty contractor, and Precision honored my requests that I not be charged for equipment they initially installed but that did not work. Rest assured, I will turn to Precision again for regular maintenance of my garage-door systems. Thank you for your exemplary service and for the great technician dispatched to my door!
