Mr.Lay was a very knowledgeable repairman. He contacted me without the appointment time and informed me when he would arrive. Mr. Lay arrived exactly at the time given and promptly began working. He was able to locate the issue with my garage door opener and replace the part. Mr. Lay also explained the issue with me and how the fix would work. After he repaired the issue he tested and retested to confirm the fix worked. Mr. Lay then cleaned up his work area before he left. It was a pleasure to work with Precision Door on replacing our two old garage doors. First Dakota came to provide information and estimates. He was knowledgable, friendly and informative. He helped us navigate getting a custom slot cut in our door for a mail delivery slot. Jordan came yesterday to install the doors and did a great job. He was good to work with, informative and creative in solving a couple hiccups that came up on the job. They took all the old doors, bars, gears, etc away and left us with just a beautiful new set of garage doors, that we can now control with our phones too! I appreciated their use of technology to enhance communication and that they sent pictures of staff heading our way. I highly recommend Precision Doors!

FIRST OF ALL: IT WAS NOT A BROKEN SPRING AND THERE WAS A PRODUCT SOLD. Product Sold: Internal Logic Block replaced in the power head. Power serge "fried" the existing logic Block. Brian explained problem and made a quick and efficient repair.
