Precision Garage Door showed up on time for both appointments and ultimately fixed what had been wrong for 47 years with this door, as well as repairing the opener which was the initial request. Technicians were great. Arrived on time on a Saturday, and after getting to know our dog, got to work. Replaced 2 very old (circa 1953) manual garage doors and added openers. They basically had to start from scratch, including trimming out door openings. They were very efficient and went above and beyond in cleaning up when they were done. Spent time walking me through operation and maintenance instructions and we were able to get everything set up with ease. Great experience.

Nathan showed up right on time and he was absolutely on the ball, fixed all of the haywire issues that happened with my new system. Not sure what happened, but he sure is solved all the issues quickly. What a great company and so pleased with our system. Kat Alejo Is our sales specialist and also quite helpful. She was the one who I reached out to in order to get this problem solved and was 100% on the ball and responsive.
