It took a while to get the part I needed to replace my existing opener with a new one with a battery back-up, but my service tech kept me well-informed of the status of the order. Once the part was received, the service call was quickly scheduled and the tech showed up when scheduled. He accomplished the work efficiently and explained everything thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service I received.

We had a new garage door and opener installed. Very pleased with the way everything came together. It looks beautiful and the opener is very quiet. Truthfully I didn’t feel like we needed a new opener but I couldn’t be happier with how nice it is. I would recommend Precision Door to everyone. This is the Watton family, love our new garage doors they added so much curb appeal to our house. Love the wood grain look to the doors and the windows brought in so much light before our garage was a dungeon. I would have gave five stars but had to wait along time to get the doors. Although in Precision's defense with Covid 19 I know a lot of companies are having problems getting things done quicker. But the sales guy was very professional and the workers who did the job left the site clean and did a excellent job! Thank you Precision I would highly recommend this company!
