The tech was Evan. He called when 15 minutes from the house. He asked the right questions to understand my concerns, provided an estimate & options after an inspection. Before he left he made sure my questions were answered again & walked me through the job. Because of CoVid, Evan honored protocols without my prompting. He was professional & personal. Chasen and his assistant were excellent! They were on time, very polite, took time to fully understand the problem I was having and also inspected everything. Their repair was completed and everything works perfectly. They even tightened some loose screws on the door of which I was unaware. I appreciate their service very much.

The whole experience was bad. The tech Bryson said he needed to do an entire door inspection before putting together the proposal. He tries to price condition me by telling the springs are 250$ each and I should replace both if I want there warranty. He further explained they make there own springs so it’s going to be a great spring. He then proceeds to wiggle some rollers and tell me everything that could be wrong with the door and he has to do this inspection. After about 8 min of him doing nothing he typed in his iPad a good, better, best proposal. The two springs would be 608$, the better repair was 1100$ and to fix the door right was going to cost me 1300$. The funny part is this amazing spring they supposedly make only holds a 90day warranty. If I wanted a better warranty which was only a year it was 1100$. I have the door being repaired by a different company for 299$ with a 5 year warranty. I paid Bryson his fee of $65.00 and consider it lesson learned. I promise I will tell everyone I know of my experience.
