I was very pleased that the tech arrived right at the start of his 2 hr. window. He was a very nice, friendly, person and seemed to have no difficulty finding the cause of my problem, although it will take time to be sure. When you are dealing with a problem that only occurs intermittently, you can only do what seems correct and wait for the repair to prove itself. I feel as sure as I can at this point that he was correct in his diagnosis and repair.

everything went smooth, the tech is very thorough on putting the garage opener and helps me to navigate thru the control monitor. other than that, it has a lifetime warranty which is no other campany can beat that. definitely i will recommend precision garage to my family and friends. 100% SATISFIED... i'm glad i call you guys.. thanks Nathan
