Karlou and his trainee quickly identified dust problems and that the metal rollers were quite worn. They quickly (and efficiently) replaced all metal rollers with nylon then cleaned and lubricated alI bearings. Next they adjusted the door travel and pressure settings to allow a 3/4” electric vehicle charging cable to extend outside even when the door is closed. Both up/down door travel is much quieter, too! Professional services completed in 30 minutes! Plus I learned a lot of maintenance tips! Thank you Karlou and PGDS!
