Taylor is a life saver! I forgot I left a tall box leaning against the rail which then fell into the pathway when I opened it. As I hit the button to close it, the door came down on the box, undid the metal pulley and knocked my whole door sideways making the garage door unable to close without falling off the rails. Taylor replaced the pulley, straightened the door and it’s as good as new. Fast and efficient! I am yet again grateful for Precision Garage Doors and the work they do. Always professional and reasonable on price, never paying more than what was quoted. They had replaced the runners before making my door so quiet and I was impressed with their work then. High marks. This isn't the first time we've used precision door within 2 hours of my call this morning. Josh was out, looked everything over completely assessed and had the whole thing fixed within 2 hours. The original setup was from the builder and was the cheapest way to put in a garage door opener.
