My technician, Carlou Dalir, courteously called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, and he then arrived right at the new time with mask and ready to listen to my problem. He quickly analyzed the problem I was having and offered suggestions on the cause. The problem was readily corrected. I had several questions about maintenance, and he thoroughly explained what I could do to keep the garage door in good working order. Friendly, very capable, and a good communicator, I was impressed and would call on him again in the future.
