Carlo was fantastic; professional and personable. I have never installed a garage door opener that left me genuinely happy - like walking out with the newest TV. Love that it has an internal, back-up battery so I still has a few uses during a power outage, is wi-if enabled so I can check if it is open from anywhere and that it has a locking deadbolt; something that actually makes me feel my family is safer.
Would definitely recommend Precision and will continue to be a loyal, first-call customer.
