Scheduling was easy and I was able to do so next day. The tech notified me of his arrival and I also received email and text. (Maybe have an option for one or the other) Install was done quickly. There was confusion about a service fee, but it was resolved without issue. Was only disappointed that the quote on the phone was about $200 less then the model that was installed, otherwise would have given 5 stars. Budgeting matters during this pandemic! Perhaps the person scheduling might provide a range instead of the lowest model which the tech said was not recommended. Will use this company for any other garage door needs.

We are very pleased with the service. We needed an additional remote control garage opener. This was done quickly. Initially only one of the door was programmed due to a miscommunication. I called back and the tech Karlou was sent back almost immediately. Very curteous. He fixed the remote today at no extra costs. 🙂. We are happy and will use them again.

I must say that what he had to do was not an easy task, it mainly involved fixing up a botched job by another company. Ben was wonderful to work with as he explained what was causing our garage door motor to stop working. Ben inspected the entire system and then went through what he found. The big surprise was that the motor was from 1996. It had been working fine for about 20 years and its time had come.
Ben walked us through different repair options and costs and we decided to go with a full repair, replace the motor, the sensors, etc. He did a complete tune-up and replaced just about everything but the garage door. We even got the garage door keypad replaced which hadn't been working for years. After he completed the work he walked me through what he had replaced and showed me how to use the manually garage door opener if the power goes off and you happen to get closed inside the garage.
We are very happy with the work Ben did and found him very easy to work with. Good communication and great attention to details. Thanks Ben!
