Austin is such a good person. His professionalism and expertise was exemplary. He knew immediately the problem I was having with my non-working garage door. Austin showed me exactly what the problem was and then proceeded to explain what to do if the issue happens again. Unfortunately, my issue was purely due to human error. But, upon further inspection, Austin pointed out to me the existing garage door springs were over 15 years old, therefore, he, "only recommended," I think about replacing them sometime in the future. He said the existing garage door springs could last months or even a few more years. Because Austin did not pressure me, which is extremely important, and because I knew eventually the springs would have to be replaced, I decided I would go ahead and have them replaced. Austin is very knowledgeable, he is very precise and quick, will go that extra mile, and takes great pride in his work. Precision, you must be proud to have Austin on your team.
