Ronald (Ronnie) was prompt on arrival and immediately directed his skill set to installing a replacement garage door opener. During the installation process, he discovered door springs that were old and inappropriately secured. These were replaced. The keypad switches were neatly and securely attached. I was very pleased with his workmanship and the services and communication initiated by Precision Door Service of Seattle.
