Friday night and my shop garage door broke down on me. I called Precision door service and they were very friendly and quick to get me connected to a tech to come out right away. Note this was already 6pm (after hours). Kirk (the tech) called me just after I had hung up with customer service letting me know when he would arrive. Overall very friendly and have great techs. This is my second time using Precisions' services. Always happy with the results!
