Appointment time was same day and within the two hour window. Tech called when on his way and also received a text from company with a picture of the tech. Austin explained everything and I was given a choice of parts. (good-better-best) Repair was completed in less than an hour. Pricing was higher than I thought but overall was happy with the company and tech. Would recommend and use them again Bill G
