PRECISION scheduled an estimate 1 day after I requested a bid. The estimator, Craig, called to let me know he'd be arriving within15 minutes. He was on time for the scheduled appointment. Craig was polite, friendly and answered all our questions. It was clear Craig knew Precision's line of products. We plan to retain Precision. Very pleasant experience!

The experience was great. The estimating process went well, with the exception of, there was no mention of backing needed in certain locations. This was only mentioned at the time of the first installation attempt. Which forced us to reschedule for a second install date. Fortunately you where able to come back in four days. All of the installers where really professional and great to work with.
