Terrific! Very impressed on several counts: 1) I called on a Sunday and to my amazement a person answered the phone. NOT a message machine. 2) appointment to evaluate the potentially do the work set up for within 48 hours (Tuesday morning. 3) Technician, Robert, called as expected, arrived exactly when he said he would, gave estimate, which was accepted, and all work completed in the time expected. Precision door was great through the whole process: the estimator was quick to respond and was able to place our order on the spot, all through the Covid-slowed delivery process we were kept informed, once our door arrived in Seattle, we had an installation date right away. Our household doesn't like to throw useful things away so we found a person via Craig's list who wanted our old door and Precision was great in making sure that all 3 of us could communicate and ensure that the old door found a new home. Finally, the installer showed up early, was very knowledgeable and polite, and the installation went off without a hitch. Oh, and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.

My 10+ year old garage door opener was lost in my car in a tight place under a rug and my driver's electric car seat.
