Precision Garage Doors Technician
It's always a curiosity to me when a seemingly reputable business "drops the ball" in dealing with customers that reach out to them, anticipating their touted "exceptional service"... What happened?? Where did you go? I was so impressed (at first) by your excellent communication and quick response to come and give a bid on these damaged doors. Since then I've had to attempt to contact you for a correct bid and details about options for repairs or replacement. The work still needs to be done! Are you wanting the job?!

EVAN BARNARD: Thank you, Evan, for an honest, no pressure sales appointment to assess if we needed a new garage door or a repair. Evan throughly explained the difference in doors. Made a note that although we didn't need a new motor, explained the benefit of gettin a new one. New door & motor were purchased. ***Complaint for Precision booking - Our experience - Booked online appt..... Got email saying Pecision was confirming appt for Saturday 8-10am (had to get up early, not happy). That time came & went with a No Show. We called. Person said they saw no appt & that you have HAD problems with online booking. She rebooked us & we requested a technician /not an estimator. Husband heard her write it down. Today was our appt. We get a call saying the person you were sending (Kat) read our notes & she was not a technician, Precision would be sending someone else. We braced ourselves thinking that was going to happen on a different day/time. Happy appt could be changed for the same time. My point is there were many opportunities to cancel & go with a different company. Precision was our original garage company. We have had a good experience. We gave you the benefit of the doubt & kept our appt. IF we were someone else, you may have lost customers. Suggestion: 1. Fix your online booking or take that option off your website 2. Clearly highlight the difference between an Estimator & a Technician, it could have turned into different appt times & dates. Thank you! P.S. Craig Sheldon was NOT our service person as listed below.

The technician who came by was very rude per my mom. She asked for a quote and his answer was I don't know and I can't give you a quote cause I don't know what door you want. I contacted him via text that evening to get in contact with me knowing it was after work hrs. I wasn't expecting an response until the next day and never even got a response. Very unprofessional. That is no way to treat any potential customer. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anybody.
