Carl initially fixed our broken spring then I determined our approximately 50 year old opener needed to be replaced. Carl was great throughout this process. He was prompt each time, discussed the problem and outlined options clearly, and completed the work as requested.

Precision Door Services did a great job. From start to finish my calls/emails were answered quickly. They kept my updated while we waited for our door to be produced. When it did come in scheduling the install date was under a month out to schedule. The install guy was great too. Was fast, cleaned up after himself and also friendly.
