Antonio was great! I had a bit of a complicated situation that involved him making several calls to resolve. He could have avoided all of the calls by just canceling the appointment prior to showing up as I had originally suggested but instead went above and beyond. He helped me avoid additional phone calls and scheduling a separate appointment, which was greatly appreciated.
