Ray came to our house, did a great job educating me about the parts and pieces that experience wear in a door system, ran through a quick inspection and resolved our code issue with the keypad outside of the house. He was very knowledgeable and provided some maintenance tips, recommendations on additional service. Great technician, great experience.
