Ronnie arrived 1/18/20, noted that "green" 120 pound springs sold to me on September 30, 2015 were shot. We weighed the door and found that it was close to 130 pounds. Ronnie replaced the 120 pound springs with 130 pound "yellow" springs. It is clear that Ben put the wrong weighted springs on my garage door 9/30/15 when we bought the complete system,and I do expect Precision Door Service to credit me back the amount for the replacement springs due to this error on their part. Ronnie for his part was totally professional and first rate. Should Precision Door not make this right, I will not do business them again and would not recommend them.
