Needed to replace 3 panels on one of two garage doors. Original doors were installed in July 2013. As these doors were no longer in stock they had to be ordered. They were ordered in October and thru several issues finally got them replaced March 24. Upon requesting an adjustment for the delays the company was more than fair. Installer did a meticulous job (Matt)--there was not even a particle of dust left behind. Excellent product.

Our garage door spring broke so could not open it. We called Precision on a Saturday and they scheduled us for the same day, and arrive within an hour of our call. The service tech (Sean) gave us a quote, and then had the door fixed within a few hrs. Note:(The door was one of those old very heavy wood garage doors) Their service was very friendly and professional. We are very happy and would definitely recommend.

Your tech tried to charge me $75 for a cable. Said that is the rate for parts and labor. Let me remind you he was already doing the labor to replace a spring. That was ridiculous. I can not in good conscience give you a good rating.

We called Overhead first because we thought the issue was in the motor. The Overhead man made the motor adjustment but said that the door itself was not installed properly and as a result was off track, more than an inch to the left with over an inch opening on the right side. The door was closing roughly and vibrating as it closed. So I called Precision who had installed the door almost two years ago. The door was under warranty so the repairman spent time adjusting it. It works fine now, however, I should have asked for a list of the adjustments that were made. I wasn't given any paperwork I presume because the door was under warranty. When I first contacted Precision the woman I spoke with said she was not able to tell me if the door was under warranty. That would be up to the repairman. That seems strange to me. I would think that the office would have that information. We have it in our own files here at home but I had not looked it up. I will do that now to see how much longer the door is under warranty. The repairman also tuned up the door and was prompt and courteous.

Nick our Installer was so courteous and efficient, and he truly cared about making sure we were absolutely satisfied after a warehouse processing error necessitated him to have to back and change out our window panel style and also install the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door. He’s a true gentleman and we really appreciate his great customer service! Our new garage door is beautiful and our new belt drive is amazingly quiet!
