My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the work performed on our new garage door opener. For awhile the old opener was causing severe shaking and loud grinding/screeching noise upon opening of the garage door. I called and scheduled an appointment with Precision Door Service and I was informed my technician arriving would be Duchaum Joseph. When he arrived promptly, he quickly accessed the problem and due to the age and issues of the opener, it had to be replaced. Mr. Joseph was very courteous and explained everything to me in detail during the entire appointment. He cleaned everything up, so no mess for me. Duchaum is now our "go to technician" from Precision Door Service for all things related to our garage openers, doors, springs, etc. We highly recommend this man and his service!!
