I hope whoever monitors these takes my review seriously, because when someone provides outstanding customer service it's worth being aware of it. The technician who came out to measure and quote my interest in a new security gate was everything a company could hope for in a representative. He was professional, listened to my questions and concerns, and addressed each of them with clear and knowledgeable answers. Aside from his professionalism and great listening and communication, he was an honestly and openly nice person. He wasn't acting or pretending to be nice, he was being himself, and he was kind, attentive, respectful and put me very much at ease. Some people, regardless of the circumstances in which you meet, renew your faith in humanity and the possibility that things can be better by exemplifying the qualities that would make that future possible in their demeanor during everyday affairs. When people deserve, we ought to point to it and say it, so I just did. And yes, of course, I’ll continue to patronize any company with the good sense to hire someone like the gentleman who helped me address my security needs.
