Very much satisfied! The service provided by Precision is beyond my expectation. It took less than 5 minutes to get my appointment for an on-call emergency. Bryson Kahue is the best! He called to make sure what the issue is. He drove more than 30 miles to reach my place. It took less than an hour to check all the bearings and the cable, to replace 2 torsion springs, to add one ball bearing for center. He took time to check the garage opener setting and fixing the part which got popped up. WHAT AN EXCELLENCE SERVICES!!!

Hey your repair man (Nicholas) did a fantastic job and was very instrumental in our deciding to buy two new doors and needed attachments. We had a broken spring on one of the garage doors, in the event of our decision to buy new doors ect., he did fix the one spring (at no cost) and walked us thru the process on buying the new doors and needed attachments.
