The tech was awesome - very friendly, knocked out the job quickly with high quality and attention to detail.
The ordering process was a bit klunky and leaves some room for improvement. Once I had the estimates (which I got back very quickly via email), I tried to accept the order and make a payment via the website (per instructions in the email), but it would not allow me to do this. I then called the office, left a call back number, but never got a call back. A couple of days later I called the office again, and the service rep said they could not check inventory for the door I was ordering, so they had me call the estimator to have them confirm inventory and take payment. If I had known I should just call the estimator when I was ready to place the order, I would have done that the first time.
