Started out fine. Person came out to take a look and then told us they’d come back because they didn’t have the parts to replace our weather strips on garage doors. We’ve been promised of callbacks for last two weeks and still continue to wait for the appointment

1. Took 8 weeks to have the door replaced
2. After it is replaced, i have been waiting for 3 weeks to get it installed correctly (needs u retainer and a smaller panel). Tech said they would come back in 2 days.

My door had to be repaired twice within 10 months and no warranty. 1st fix was as residential. 10 months later after same issues (cable in raveling) it was treated as a commercial repair and took longer to get an appt. and more cost.
