you guys are great about showing up for the bids and everybody is great to deal with but we need to make sure we don't have the issue we did on the last door you guys installed. the bid included a chain drive but after wards they said it wouldn't work. and because the bid height they gave us they forgot the sprinklers were in the way as well as the building ties.
