I have in the past purchased 2 doors from you. But I am disappointed that you want to charge me the same price as if I was a new customer. I checked the price of the door that I want and if I lived anywhere else I would pay in the range of $1000 to $1100 for this door and installation. I guess I will be looking else where for a new door.

Great !!!! Duchaun Joseph was fantastic. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Told us how to take care of moving parts and where to spray stuff on them and when. Need to have him come out again every two years for tune up.
He was on time, answered our questions and concerns.
He was fast and did excellent job.
He was well mannered and a pleasure to meet.
Would highly recommend him to any one for garage door issues.
He deserves a RAISE.

My neighbor stood by as the technician fix my door. She said he said a bunch of stuff that also needs to be done but he did not leave me anything on paper or a checklist to see that he could either quote a price on or letting me know what needs to be fixed. He was trusting my neighbor to remember everything and relay the message to me which I find to be very poor service.
