Will do it myself for now on. We bought an extended warranty years ago. I had to listen to the Tech explain to me how my garage floor hadand that's why my garage door was not functioning properly? after 25 years I get ... ohhhh yea, its been raining so much that your floor garage floor has settled and then he points out a piece of trim and sez, there, you see the gap? Then he points to a crack on the garage floorto legitimize his theory .... Here's some free advice, don't spend your $$$ @ this company, go some where else
