Carl was prompt, professional, and friendly. My garage door opener was not working consistently. Carl asked if I had replaced any lightbulbs recently and I told him yes. He diagnosed my issue within a few minutes and my garage door was back to working properly! FYI- regular LED lightbulbs interfere with the frequency in the garage opener motor. Use lightbulbs specifically made for garage door openers. Thanks Carl!
