I was unaware of the process of maintaining the garage door, especially after a number of years of operation. I asked DJ to inspect the door area after he had done some work in the neighborhood, I made an appointment, he promptly showed up (after an email reminder had been sent previously). He repaired the door seal, replaced rollers , offered some advice on other items, recommended a product to do long term maintenance. The door works well, and is very quiet in operation now. I appreciated his prompt attention to the problem, his professionalism, and customer service attitude.
