Do not recommend. Called to work on a roll up door on JB Lewis McChord, and was changed $800 for a 10 minute eval. No tools, no ladder, and was told we had a bad part. He was going to give us an estimate to replace it. Customer service was not helpful, and was told a different department would call. After calling 3 times, I was able to get ahold of someone. He charged us for 2.5 hours, and we could not get an estimate for the part replacement. So, our door is still broke. Going through someone else.
