Excellent service and friendly/knowledgeable installer (Carlos). Installed a new garage door opener, but I needed rollers on the door replaced (I had purchased them in the past but didn't know how to get them on). He popped them on - for free - in matter of a few minutes. He was very helpful and honest. If I need a new garage door in the future - (Which I do, but can't afford it right now) - I will surely call Precision. :)

Carl Richardson did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong with my garage door. He repaired and replaced all the necessary equipment/parts and now my garage door slides up and down quietly, smoothly and no longer bangs into the garage floor. Carl also pointed out broken gears inside the old door opener that was causing problems. He replaced that as well and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Carl!!!
