Very unhappy that when I placed a Emergency service call at 10:45pm with people Stuck in the garage we had an eta between 12am -2am. No one showed up.
Took an hour (with the help of your call center as they couldn’t reach anyone) to finally get a response that someone will be on there way. 8hrs after the initial call!!!
