Nathan called about 20-minutes before our scheduled service and let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was friendly, informative and thorough in servicing our new garage door. He finished his job in under the two-hour window and explained all that he did afterwards. Nathan was very helpful.
I even signed up for the new Precision Prime program which is a more efficient method of planning service visits - both scheduled and unforeseen - and keeping costs down. There was no hard-sell or pressure at all on Nathan's part, otherwise I would have been turned off and refused to purchase.
Seeing as we'll be using our garage door for several years to come it seems reasonable, practical, and cost-effective to be a part of this program. It's an affordable investment toward the value of our house.
