This is the second time in 20 years I have required service from Precision Door of Seattle. On both occasions I received excellent service and value. The technicians were polite, neat, respectful of my property, and punctual. Their prices on actual comparable products is a good value. Beware of others with inferior and often times, imported materials. I normally do all my own repairs around my house, including replacing the garage door torsion springs. Anymore it's extremely difficult to buy good quality replacement parts, retail or commercially through my business. My entire bill was just slightly more than the cost of the replacement springs and I didn't have to get on a ladder, and wind the tension on the springs, which I would not recommend any average homeowner do. I'll never replace springs myself again, and the fact that it has been 20 years between visits, i suspect that Precision Door of Seattle will still be around when the need arises.
