We returned to Seattle from a weekend away over Christmas and were dismayed to find that our garage door was malfunctioning. Given the snow and bad road conditions, I figured it would take weeks to get someone out to fix it. I called Precision Door to get on the schedule and to my great surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment that day. Robert Mathews arrived and impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. That guy knows all about garage doors! Ours is nearly 40 years old and in need of replacement, but Robert was able to buy us some time. He insisted on staying into the evening until he got it operational. He said, "I wouldn't want to have someone leave MY parents in your situation and I'll sleep better if I get the job done tonight." The technician, Bryson who arrived this morning to help me was the best! He was very friendly and took care of the problem in very little time. He explained to me what he had done and gave some tips to prevent further problems from happening. Also, the ladies who took my request for assistance were very professional and kept me informed of necessary appointment changes due to the inclement weather. Your service was great, very happy with the results. The tech was on time, professional, and quick. Your online notice about the appointment was a little impersonal. I got one email with an appointment on Sunday, Dec 26 at 14:00-16:00, which matched the initial phone conversation. Then, at just after 14:00 on Dec 26, I got an identical email with no reference to a change, with an appointment for Monday, Dec 27 at 14:00-16:00. That turned out to be the correct one, but it was strange to get what seemed to be a change with no mention that there was a change or error.

What service! First major snow and my door got frozen stuck, misaligned and then my incompetent self tried to "fix" it. Two hours later Mike was here with an expert hand and very nice personality. Thanks Mike, you did a great job and got me fixed up in less than an hour! My door and opener was installed by Precision Door in 2014, other than this (my fault) it has been flawless. Highly recommend this company.

Tech showed up a tad late and immediately apologized and got right to reviewing the situation. After through trouble-shooting he was able to solve the issue without having to replace the entire motor for the garage door. He was very professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Job well done!

Nathan was very friendly and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem. The rollers were sticking and making a popping noise. So all he had to do is lubricate them. Everything is working smoothly now. He also explained some of the features of the system I wasn't aware of which was very helpful.
