On time and professional. The initial visit didn't fix the issue as the tech did not have the proper spring size. When he returned many days later all got installed. I do feel however that a service charge of $80 and a fuel surcharge of $11 after spending $1600+ wasn't necessary as we did install the springs. I have called the company to ask for this removed yet have not heard back. I feel a service charge is when someone comes to your home and then service is not done. This service was done.

Dakota is a very friendly tech, who has performed an extremely professional work in short time. I am satisfied with his service and giving ***** to him. However, I have suggestions for the customer service: 1. to synchronize the online scheduling app with the tech availability (customer service called me to reschedule) 2. Customer service should give some estimates based on type of service I am requesting and the statistics the company tracking. 3. It is not clear on "schedule your appointment" page, that the service call cost $79.00. Therefore, there are only *** for the customer service.

I chose the middle one which included replacing the plastic rollers. The garage door is running very smoothly and making less noise than ever. Lifetime warranty no longer honored. When I contracted to have my garage door springs replaced, I was told it was a lifetime warranty along with any adjustments in tension. They honored that for six years, but now they say it is not covered. Once they get you, they want to charge yearly to lubricate and adjust. They are wringing the cash out of you. I have no trust in companies that have no honor to their word.

Excellent! Excellent! Wes came out Dec 11, 2021, and gave an estimate, he was informative, helpful, professional. Today, Dec 21, 2021, the new garage door was installed by Dan and Chris. It showed they took pride in their work. They did a great job taking out the old door and installing, testing the new one. Dan walked me through the remote functions, that was helpful. Very happy to have the new door, no more scaping ice off the car windows in the winter. Less chance the car will be vandalized. Alexandra Jesse
