Overall we're pleased with the new door and opener. Mathew did a wonderful job very clean install and overcame a problem upon arrival that could have set us back. So far, it seems to work as it should. Only complaint I have is that the black casing which surrounds the motor is cracked. I trust you can provide a replacement. Thank you.

Mike did an awesome job. Very unhappy that when I placed a Emergency service call at 10:45pm with people Stuck in the garage we had an eta between 12am -2am. No one showed up. Took an hour (with the help of your call center as they couldn’t reach anyone) to finally get a response that someone will be on there way. 8hrs after the initial call!!!
