Whatever you are paying Austin, it is not enough! He was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. Not a high pressure sales person, which I appreciate, but explained options to improve the workability of the garage door now and in the future. All at a very reasonable price i thought. I will definitely recommend to family and friends Precision Door service and in particular Austin Kephart in the future. My only complaint is with Precisions requirement that all scheduling for repairs be done through a central office, Florida I think. I would much prefer to have a local contact for scheduling and follow up, Ron Hanson

have an older garage door. Had a handy man replace one of the door panels and installed new garage door opener. A few months later the door did not shut properly. Called Precision, they were able to get a tech out, on a Sunday, which was great. Mike analyzed the issues, came up with a repair for our old garage door. Door work great. The garage door is getting a little old, when we decided its time to get a new garage door, I will call Precision.
